Class Anatomy - An Utility which resides in your taskbar and allows you to view the Properties and Methods of Classes

Usage:

Extract the 2 files to a folder of your choice and start ca.exe. In your tray area a new icon is visible. (zoom glass). Right click on the new icon and choose 'New project'.

In the window now appearing type a label for your project. (for instance 'File manager class'). Next, select the inc and clw file for this class and press save. Select the location where you want to save the project file.

Again right click on the new icon and choose 'Open project'. Select the saved project. Class Anatomy will now scan the files. When it is done a popup with a summary will be shown.

From the tray icon you can now choose new options. If you open a project it will be added to the list of recently opened projects. The last 10 projects (while the project files exist) will be available from the tray icon.

You can choose 'Class Anatomy' from the tray icon to view the class content. Click on an item to expand it's information. Double click on a label to open the appropiate file. (If you have textpad or ultra edit the correct line nr. will be selected. you can configure this in the main window.)

Also you can choose data/method picker to open the on-top pick list. The 3 icons on this window are: Rollup/rolldown window, more transparant, less transparant. Select the wanted data from the dropdownlist and view the data below.

Double click on a lable/declaration to copy it to the clipboard.

Contains a number of useful templates among them a global template called LinePrint that bypassing Windows print engine and printing directly to the printer port or a File.

NetHack.zip contains an application and executables to retrieve IP information. Please note that nc.exe will trigger a virus detection. Source is available on web, so you may want to compile your own rather than rely on nc.exe

RTFCreator is a new, simple, free tool that I have made available on Icetips. Right now it is distributed as a single EXE in a zip file and there is no help for it and no install.

Download, unzip into any directory and start using it. Apart from a simple RTF editor it only has 3 textboxes and 2 buttons, so I'm not sure what to put into help for it.

RTFCreator was created out of need. Need to fill in RTF fields that were for display purposes only. I got tired of creating the RTF in WordPad then copy/paste and create the Clarion string out of it.

Besides the RTF created by WordPad always had extra verbage that I didn't need and didn't want. Constructing simple RTF is a PITA and I figured I should be able to do something about it.

RTFCreator takes care of that by letting you create a RTF text and display it as formatted RTF, RTF code and Clarion ready RTF code. By Clarion ready RTF Code I mean that all the { have been doubled up to {{ etc. and it is ready to be pasted into a clarion string variable.

The simple RTF editor that comes with it allows you to save and open RTF files.

The zip file is about 1.6Mb download and the exe is compiled local in Clarion 6.3, so you can run this without problems no matter what version of Clarion you are working with.

Part 14 of ISO/IEC 9075 define ways in which Database Language SQL can be used in conjuction with XML.

Filters keystrokes in an entry control.

1) Register the template.
2) Add the EntryFilter Global Extension to your app.
3) Add an instance of the EntryFilter extension to your procedure for each entry control you want to filter.
4) Select the entry control.

There are two embed points provided in which to do your filtering. Here's an example of how you might use it:

You want to allow only alphanumeric characters.
